As a Sales Executive in Limina’s growing Longmont office, you will be responsible for business development and sales of new opportunities in both existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will work with Limina’s clients and will significantly contribute to Limina’s sales. This is a vital role in driving the company’s continued growth. The candidate must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and an ability to contribute to continuing the success of Limina and our clients. The candidate should be passionate about discovering new clients and ways in which Limina services can meet their needs through the delivery of quality services and products in a timely manner that meets expectations and delivers on contracts.

The Sales Executive will report directly to the Co-Founders and CEO and will participate in the operational leadership team while also work in conjunction with the service delivery team leads.



  • Create and manage a detailed business development plan including strategic direction, goals, targets, and budget 
  • Identify and source qualified prospective clients for Limina
  • Assess buyer needs and position Limina services and products to prospective buyers 
  • Create and deliver business development materials and presentations to new and existing buyers to position Limina services and products
  • Lead the business development process and including project estimation and proposal development 
  • Managing the business development process from the first contact through contracting and actively maintain all active accounts through to contract completion
  • Conduct weekly sales activities including prospect/buyer contact (face to face, phone, email, etc.) while recording each interaction and actively progressing each relationship through a sales pipeline
  • Maintain all sales leads, prospects, etc. in a sales force automation or customer relationship management system where all data is kept current to within 2 weeks
  • Maintain a pipeline report with thresholds established by Limina management
  • Nurture and develop incoming leads 
  • Support lead generation and pipeline growth and development through various sales strategies, including  representing Limina at conferences, meet-ups, networking events, email campaigns and more
  • Review RFP databases and government procurement sites for opportunities
  • Identify key target verticals (or specific companies) and prioritize a strategy for tackling those verticals (or specific companies)
  • Provide relationship management and client direction in any vertical on assigned accounts including navigating politically complex situations, and understanding and deconstructing the client-side political landscape to strengthen and broaden partner relationships on assigned accounts
  • Participate in contract negotiation with all levels of procurement
  • Contribute to or lead creation of proposals
  • Managing existing partnerships and develop new partnerships
  • Continually evangelize client products and services to ensure brand awareness

NOTE: All contracts for the delivery of Limina services or products must be signed by and agreed to by a Limina partner.



  • Lead continuous revenue growth and market expansion
  • Actively drive sales status reporting
  • Manage the company’s SFA/CRM tool
  • Track business development and milestones using Limina tools
  • Provide frequent and effective communication to leadership
  • Determine KPIs and measures upon which the pipeline is evaluated and managed
  • Suggest best practices and implement modifications to existing tools and processes 
  • Contribute to digital strategy across all channels 
  • Lead and/or support marketing strategy and efforts that result in brand exposure and new lead generation including activities such as case study creation for use within proposals, capabilities presentations, and the website
  • Work with clients on new product innovation (digital)
  • Share comprehension of innovative and emerging processes and technologies with clients
  • Provide input on Internal leadership: communications, company purpose and vision, culture development, mentorship
  • Offer organizational improvement best practices both internally and to the client to achieve ideal functionalities and efficiencies


  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong written and verbal communications 
  • Strong interpersonal communications with teams and clients 
  • Strong electronic note-taking and documentation
  • Setting and meeting internal and client facing expectations on time with high-quality deliverables 
  • Facilitating workshops and discussions
  • Educating staff and clients on matters related to Limina’s areas of expertise 
  • Expected to travel occasionally for business purposes


  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Highly skilled with Google G-Suite  (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Expertise managing ZoHo or similar CRM systems


  • Has a demonstrated successful career in business development selling services and/or products similar to those provided by Limina to enterprise, government and startup buyers
  • Can successfully take the tools and artifacts provided by Limina and effectively evolve and utilize them to meet or exceed annual quotas
  • Is analytical and creative with excellent organizational skills – Is able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Is able to synthesize innovative yet practical solutions by aligning our clients’ requirements with Limina services
