As Lenox refined the platform, they achieved industry-leading results in client value, retention, and advisor performance. Lenox’s parent organization, NFP, an Aon company, recognized its value to other agencies and insurance clients, and established a joint venture to bring the technology to market, creating Fieldtech in 2022.
Limina has been working with Fieldtech to enhance the user experience of its proprietary cloud systems and related digital products since 2024.
