The Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program (WOSB Federal Contract Program) helps to provide a level playing field for women business owners. When buying goods and services, the federal government limits competition for certain contracts to women-owned small businesses (WOSBs) and economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses (EDWOSBs) that participate in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) WOSB Federal Contract Program.

State of Colorado Cooperative Purchasing Agreement | Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology
This Cooperative Purchasing Agreement by the State of Colorado’s Office of Information Technology enables Limina to provide comprehensive digital product remediation, services, and product development services to the State, local agencies, and political subdivisions, furthering accessibility and usability across digital platforms for one year and up to five years.
Under the terms of this transformative agreement, Limina will deliver an array of services designed to enhance digital accessibility, including:
- Digital Product Remediation Services (Website, Application, and Document Remediation Services, Accessible Document Creation, Captioning, Transcription, and Audio Description Services)
- Product Development Services
- Accessibility Training (Training Platforms Pre-built or Custom Courses, Online or In-person Live Training)
